    Autograph letter signed. Says Betty’s trip sounded “fine” and expresses hope that the doctor she went to comes to New York because she knows Mayo [her husband] would like him. Talks about her dog, Ginger. Says she hasn’t gained any weight since the first five pounds, but she is working on it. Says feeling well is a joy. Tells that in 2 months the Detroit Tenerys will become the New York Tenerys and she is glad to know that they are going to try “in some small way” to try and help make the world a better place. Small note on the back says to Betty that the belt fits well and Mayo will write soon.
