u.l. printed: THE BATTLESHIP OREGON IN THE NEW DRY DOCK \ AT THE PUGET SOUND NAVY YARD, WASHINGTON. \ Length 863 feet, width at op 145 feet, width at bottom 104 \ feet, depth 45 feet. 112000 cubic yards of concrete and 236000 \ cubic yards of granite were used in the construction of the \ dock. Four gigantic suction pumps handling 180000 gallons \ of water per minute, can empty the dock in less than \ three hours.
