    u.l. printed: PARK ROW BUILDING, NEW YORK CITY. \\ Park Row Building is located at the head of Park Row, \ opposite the General Post Office adjoining Ann St. It rises to \ a height of 29 stories including tower 381 feet high. It is built \ entirely of limestone and has the distinction of being the first \ skyscraper in New York, being ready for occupancy in October, \ 1889. Total cost $3,500,000.
