Description
Autograph letter signed. Thanks Dorr for her copy of Mother and Child which came before Christmas. Says Seth is building the Winter Kitchen now and Tudor put two four-leaved clovers between the mortise joints in the big northwest corner beam. Reports that their Christmas was peaceful and everyone was there except Efner and her child and Peter. Tudor made a crèche in the woods for Christmas Eve which enchanted little Laura. Says the Baby left a package for her - a woolen mouse. The next day, in spite of the presents, all Laura could speak of was the crèche.
