Description
Autograph document signed. Tells Nell Dorr that the letters came by Flying Squirrel Express from the “Hills Beyond”. The post office is filled with letters and the grandchildren come by every morning to see what has come in the night. Says Linda [?] sends her love too. 1st tiny envelope - larger, white one Capt. & Mrs. Thaddeus Crane (1860 Upstairs Street, Greenwillow, E …sun, W …Moon) to Nell Dorr. Tiny Christmas card with angel blowing horn on the front, mounted on gold paper. Text reads “Love and a Happy Christmas to our dear Nell, Melissa and Thaddeus, Lucy and Tad, 1979”. Back of card says Jenny Wren Press. 2nd tiny envelope - smaller, green One tiny Christmas card with heart tree illustration on the front and very small “79” in lower right corner, mounted on green paper to match the envelope. Text reads “Merry Christmas! Cricket.” One tiny Christmas card with heart tree illustration on the front and very small “19” in lower left corner and very small “79” in lower right corner, mounted on green paper to match the envelope. Text reads “Merry Christmas! Cricket Corgi [and a tiny paw print]”. Back says: “Vachune [? - Very small and hard to read] Designs”.
