In connection with Emancipation: The Unfinished Project of Liberation, join us to create a work on paper using mixed-media techniques. Inspired by the unique materials used by the artists featured in the exhibition, you’ll experiment with photo transferring, tissue paper, and a variety of drawing media with Fort Worth artist Charles Gray. Carter curator Maggie Adler will lead a tour of the exhibition before we dive into making our own work on paper. No previous experience necessary, and all materials provided.
