Art Discovery Guide | Moving Pictures
Pick up an Art Discovery Guide at the entrance to the exhibition and learn more about the different types of photographs on view.

Strike a Pose | Moving Pictures
Take a photo with the cast and crew of the epic 1925 movie Ben-Hur. Don’t forget to tag us online with #MovingPictures.

Sunrise | Auditorium
Watch Sunrise, Struss’s Academy Award-winning film for Best Cinematography, on the big screen.

Exhibition Hosts | Moving Pictures
Chat with a Carter Exhibition Host who can share an introduction, offer artwork insight, answer questions, and help you navigate your way through Struss’s various photography and film projects.

1–4 p.m.

Experimental Photography | The Lounge
Experiment with camera filters to discover how they can alter reality in photographs and film. Led by Carter Community Artist Raul Rodriguez. Supplies limited to the first 200 people.

3–4 p.m.

Docent-Guided Tour | Moving Pictures
Join a Carter docent and explore the multimedia exhibition of photographer and cinematographer Karl Struss and his influence on American filmmaking.
